Rust-Oleum® Roof Patch Cleaner & Primer is a solvent-based cleaner that clears away dirt and debris and promotes adhesion of roof patch and sealant products to existing roof substrates. When used with the Rust-Oleum® Triple Thick Roof Patch & Sealer the quick-dry formulation is ideal for efficient roof repairs saving time and money while providing long-term leak protection.
